We supported on of our key clients Two Ltd and the end user - Patch, in transforming a historic Chelmsford building into a vibrant co-working community focused on education and local businesses. The project involved re-purposing the space to align with their business model while respecting its listed status. Our electrical installations included power and data for rentable workspaces, event areas, and a café. We ensured seamless integration with the building's architectural features, creating a functional, inviting space for collaboration and community.
We set up the main entrance with a tailored electrical system to support event spaces and displays, adding illuminated signage and outlets for local businesses to showcase their products. Additionally, we designed the ground floor café area with upgraded electrical systems to cater to members and the local community.

We provided the full electrical installation for Nolan Partners’ new headquarters, ensuring a seamless transition from their serviced office to a dedicated workspace. With a reduced footprint and a strict five-week timeline, our team delivered efficient power and data solutions to support both client-facing and private work areas.
Meeting rooms, lounge spaces, and hot desks were equipped with modern lighting and power distribution, while the back office featured tailored electrical setups for 14 desks and flexible workstations. Carefully positioned LED lighting enhanced both functionality and aesthetics, complementing the sophisticated design. Our installation created a reliable, high-performance workspace that supports Nolan Partners' continued growth.

Our work on this project focused on delivering a high-quality electrical installation that complemented the overall design and functionality of the space. Energy-efficient LED lighting was installed to enhance brightness and reduce energy use, including bespoke tube lighting that prominently displayed 'MicroStrategy,' adding a stylish connection to their London location.
We carried out comprehensive power and data installations to support the diverse workspace, including meeting rooms, private offices, phone booths, and open-plan desks. Additionally, we installed and wired feature pendants that were reused from their previous office, contributing to the project’s sustainability goals.
The electrical systems were carefully designed to integrate with the exposed concrete ceiling, complementing the industrial aesthetic while providing reliable, modern functionality for the end user.

We set up the main entrance with a tailored electrical system to support event spaces and displays, adding illuminated signage and outlets for local businesses to showcase their products. Additionally, we designed the ground floor café area with upgraded electrical systems to cater to members and the local community.
To achieve the aviation-inspired vision, we implemented a tailored electrical infrastructure, integrating energy-efficient lighting that mimicked the sleek lines of an airport runway. Linear LED fixtures were strategically placed to enhance the raffled ceilings and corridor design, creating a sense of movement and flow. Breakout zones and hot-desking areas in the “Club House” teapoint were equipped with smart power solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity and adaptability.
